Having a Master's degree in Counseling with over 15 years of experience, and possessing EMDR certification, I strive to cultivate an open environment to help my clients build self compassion and curiosity. My expertise in IFS therapy, I-CBT, and Embodiment techniques promote holistic, long-term healing.

Are you accepting new clients?
As of 3/25/2026 I am not able to take new clients. Please email me if you would like referrals to other amazing therapists or would like to discuss being placed on my waiting list. Also, feel free to utilize my list of resources to help along the way!
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am contracted with the following insurance companies: BCBS, Scott and White, Triwest, Aetna, Lyra, Curative, UHC, and Humana. My private pay rate for a 55 minute session is $120 for individuals and $130 for couples.
Where are your sessions held?
Sessions are conducted at my office in Temple, TX, and I also offer virtual appointments for anyone residing in Texas.
What are your working hours?
I am available Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday sessions are offered biweekly.
